The 2nd Annual Myanmar Projects & Investment Summit Hong Kong 2014 was held on the 14-15 May this year. Over 120 delegates from Asia’s investor and corporate community gathered at Hong Kong’s Hyatt Regency Hotel for two days of networking, market insight discussions and deal making.

With a mix of international investors, market experts, business leaders and key Myanmar government officials, the Myanmar Projects & Investment Summit provided delegates with valued knowledge into Myanmar’s current investment climate, potential regulatory and operational bottlenecks and strategies to overcome these hurdles. It was a platform for delegates to explore the growing business and investment opportunities in Myanmar’s real estate, financial services, infrastructure sector and more.

In addition to first-hand insights into the market in Myanmar, the Summit was also a place for high value networking and deal making with some of Myanmar’s key business leaders and government officials. We were honoured to have Ms Mya Thuza, Member of Myanmar Investment Commission from Ministry of National Planning & Economic Development and Mr Than Htun Aung, Director of Posts and Telecommunications Department of Ministry of Communications & Information Technology Myanmar at the summit this year.
